New Year!

My last blog of the year! Not that I have had too many!! But thought that writing now would help me with my process of introspection..The year gone by was amazing..One major decision and several offshoots of it. Although the decision of quitting my previous company does not seem to be a big one anymore. Because I am looking at the year..and life..from a macro level. Its like a bird’s eye view of things..and my steps seem baby sized. Significant, nevertheless! This year was like the beginning of harbouring a bigger dream, believing in myself more and developing some kind of a plan for the future (never mind how flimsy).
Iam proud, top most, about my interactions through the year. I suddenly feel like I have been meeting with the top rung of people in any class. People who I can share my views with, learn from…impressive personalities…and I truly feel honoured for the same. Its said that you can gauge the level of growth you have accomplished, by the kind of people you come across and the type of situations that you are thrown into. I am grateful, because both have been extremely positive. Meeting talented, remarkably endowed people which is very motivating and, facing situations, which have been like a test of a lot of lessons I learnt. And yes, I have succeeded to quite an extent. At ‘letting go’,.. of expectations, of results and of fears.

I am a better person in terms of being more genuine. In terms of making sure that every time I smile at someone, it is from the depth of my heart. Every time I take up some task, I do it with total sincerity. Every time I learn something, I learn it perfectly well. Every time I talk to someone, there are only positive vibes that are sent out. Every time I get impatient, I remind myself that things won’t get any better by feeling so and alas, every time I get critical about myself, I remind me about all the good things mentioned above which mean that I am making reasonable headway and most of all that I am moving in the right direction!
